1. Returns within Ukraine
1.1. You may return your item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.2. The item must be new, unused, with all original tags, seals, packaging, and in its original condition.
1.3. Made-to-order items and items that, according to Ukrainian law, cannot be exchanged or returned, are non-returnable.
2. How to return within Ukraine
2.1. The easiest way is through Nova Poshta Easy Return. You don’t need to email us in advance to use Easy Return — the system will generate the return automatically, and return shipping is free for you.
2.2. If you choose another return method, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer. Please contact us at hello@buttia.com in advance to coordinate the process.
2.3. If the item is defective or an error was made on our side, we cover all return costs.
3. Returns after 14 days
3.1. After the 14-day period, returns are accepted only in cases of a defect or an order fulfillment error.
3.2. Any other situations are reviewed individually. We strive to find a fair and comfortable solution while complying with applicable laws.
4. International Returns (EU, USA, and other countries)
4.1. You may return your item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
4.2. The item must be new, unused, with all original tags, seals, packaging, and in its original condition.
4.3. Products that are made to order — including bedding sets in custom sizes or other personalized items — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where a manufacturing defect or our mistake is identified.
4.4. International return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4.5. To start an international return, email us at hello@buttia.com, include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item. We will send you step-by-step instructions for the return process.
5. Our approach
5.1. We take our production process seriously, but we understand that unexpected situations can happen. If a defect or a fulfillment error occurs, we will resolve it quickly — with a replacement, repair, or refund.
5.2. If the item simply didn’t match your expectations in terms of color or size, our 14-day return window applies.
5.3. Even after 14 days, if there’s a justified issue, we are always open to finding a solution.
