Shipping & Payment

We want your shopping experience to be as convenient and transparent as possible. Here you’ll find all the details about how we handle domestic and international shipping, payment options, and what to keep in mind when receiving your order.

We do not ship to aggressor countries such as russia and belarus.

1. Domestic Shipping (within Ukraine)

  • Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta.
  • In-stock items are shipped within up to 3 business days after the order is placed.
  • Delivery within Ukraine typically takes an additional 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • If your item is marked as made-to-order (for example, bedding sets), production takes 3–4 business days, after which the order is handed over to the carrier.
  • Shipping within Ukraine is free.

2. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally via Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta Global — trusted carriers that ensure your order arrives quickly and at the best possible rates.
  • Orders are dispatched within up to 3 business days after being placed.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by country: 7–21 business days.
  • The cost of international shipping is 30 USD.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and other import fees in the destination country are not included in the product price and must be paid separately by the customer.

3. Payment

  • Credit or debit card online — with no extra fees.
  • Cash on delivery — available for orders within Ukraine. Service fee: ₴20 + 2% of the order value.
  • IBAN bank transfer (Ukraine) — if you prefer to pay by bank transfer, we can provide the account details for payment in UAH.

4. Order Check Upon Receipt

  • We carefully inspect each order before dispatch to ensure quality and completeness. However, we understand that human error or transport issues may occasionally occur.
  • Please check your order immediately upon receiving it at the branch.
  • If you notice any damage, defect, or mismatch with your order, email us at hello@buttia.com as soon as possible, describe the situation, and include photos. We will contact you promptly and offer a solution: a replacement, repair, or refund.
