1. General Information

This website is operated by BUTTIA, a Ukrainian lifestyle and home brand.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a public offer and a legally binding agreement between BUTTIA (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the customer (“you,” “your”).

2. Products and Orders

  • All products on our website are described with the highest possible accuracy. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Orders are placed by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout process.
  • Once an order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of incorrect product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Items that are custom-made or made to order are marked accordingly on the product page.

3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are listed in UAH (Ukrainian Hryvnia) and include applicable taxes in Ukraine unless otherwise noted.
  • For international customers, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank cards and other options displayed at checkout.
  • Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and displayed separately at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping (within Ukraine)

  • All domestic orders are shipped via Nova Poshta.
  • Shipping within Ukraine is free.
  • For ready-to-ship items dispatch is processed within up to 3 business days, and delivery time after dispatch is typically 1–3 business days, depending on your region. 
  • For made-to-order items (such as bedding sets or custom-size products), production takes 3–4 business days before dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch is typically 1–3 business days.


International Shipping

  • We ship internationally via Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta Global (standard shipping, estimated delivery 7–21 business days).
  • International shipping costs 30 USD.
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs clearance processes.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

  • Prices include applicable taxes in Ukraine.
  • For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by your country are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

6. Production and Lead Times

  • Some of our products, such as bedding and other custom-made items, are made to order. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
  • For these items, production time is typically 3–4 business days.
  • In-stock products are usually dispatched within up to 3 business days.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Custom-sized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at hello@buttia.com with your order number and details.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to product descriptions, designs, logos, branding, and images — is the exclusive property of BUTTIA and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Use, reproduction, or distribution of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure events.
  • We are not responsible for product misuse, improper washing, or care that does not comply with the instructions provided.
  • Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the date of the last revision.
Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably whenever possible. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ukrainian courts.
